Do You Provide Medical Services for Children?

We have pediatric examining rooms complete with size and age-appropriate equipment. We designed our pediatric ward to ensure that our smallest patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Most of our doctors have a background in Family Medicine, and some have specialized in pediatric care.

Can My Prescriptions Be Sent to The Pharmacy of My Choice?

Yes.  We can electronically prescribe your medications to any pharmacy in our area that can receive them.

Additionally, we work with a nearby pharmacy and can arrange to have your medications delivered at our facility to save you the time and hassle.

What If I Need to Be Admitted to The Hospital?

That is no longer a problem. Altus Lumberton now offers In-Patient Care (overnight stays) to any patient who requires it.

For those critically injured patients who require more specialized care, we will arrange a transfer to the nearest hospital who can take care of them. If needed, we will coordinate with an air ambulance service to have the patient airlifted to another facility.

We will process and file a claim with the insurance companies on your behalf.

We provide the most affordable, consumer-friendly discount program for those patients who qualify.

Please speak to our Patient Advocate if you have any questions regarding your healthcare plan benefits or have questions about your bill. Our team offers the most dedicated claims appeal department services.

What If My Insurance Cannot Pay My Bill or I Cannot Afford My Balance?

We have a dedicated team of Medical Billing and Claim Specialists. Our Patient Advocate will process the insurance claim on your behalf and appeal all claim denials.

Additionally, our billing team will review each case and offer financial assistance to those patients who qualify.

We have negotiated substantial doctor fee discounts with all our physicians, and we proactively provide the most transparent fee disclosure to avoid any unforeseen medical expenses or invoices.
